If you’re returning an item for a refund, please send it back within 14 days of receiving it. As long as it arrives in its original state, we’ll provide a full refund via your initial payment method.
If you return an item between 15 and 30 days after delivery, you’ll receive a gift voucher of equal value from Aggie Cozy Store. Just ensure the item still meets the original condition standards.
We strive to process all refunds within 7 days of receiving your return, using the same payment method you used for purchase. If exceptional circumstances prevent you from returning an item, contact us so we can review the matter on a case-by-case basis.

Maintaining Hygiene and Safety
Some products are not returnable due to hygiene reasons. This typically includes items like earrings, swimwear, or underwear if a hygiene strip or seal has been removed. For example, if you buy swimwear, leave the protective liner intact to remain eligible for a return.
If you see a ‘+’ symbol next to the product name, or if the item falls under categories like makeup, Face + Body products, or underwear, please keep original packaging and seals unbroken. This helps maintain high hygiene standards for everyone.

Condition Requirements for Returned Items
We understand the need to try items on before finalizing a purchase, but please refrain from wearing them beyond a simple fit check. For instance, if you test shoes indoors briefly, that’s acceptable, but wearing them outside may render the return invalid.
If an item comes back damaged, visibly worn, or in any unacceptable condition, we regret that we cannot refund it. In such a scenario, we may send the item back and ask you to cover the related delivery costs.
All returns undergo a thorough review. Whenever possible, send items back with all their original components, including tags, accessories, and packaging. For example, return shoes in their original shoebox to streamline the inspection process.
Your Obligations in the Return Process
You are responsible for ensuring that returned goods reach us safely. Package them securely to prevent damage during shipping. For instance, consider using sturdy boxes or bubble wrap for fragile items.
We cannot be held liable for unrelated items you send by mistake. If we manage to trace those items and you wish them back, you may need to cover the shipping costs.

How to Exchange a Product
Should you wish to exchange an item, you can do so within 14 days, as long as the replacement has the same product code. For example, if you’d like a different color of a T-shirt, ensure both colors share the same code and cost the same amount.
- Confirm if the new color or size is listed under the same product code on the original product page.
- If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
- If you’re looking for a completely different product or a different code, simply return the original for a refund and place a new order.
The exchanged product will be delivered to the same address and using the same shipping method as your initial purchase. You can modify your address under My Account if necessary, but remember to save your changes.
